Adina Maria Moise (Romania)
Seed Lover, Sharing Seeds of Change
A change facilitator now, Adina describes herself to be the living example of what she is saying: „profound change happens when doing what you love to do”. She was born and raised in the communist time of Romania, in a family with strong roots in the countryside. Pure joy, or simple happiness, were locked afar from her heart, together with self-love and self-esteem.
In her 'backpack' Adina has now almost 30 years of different alternative practices, from yoga to reiki, bio-energo-therapy to prananadi, and more than 12 years of astrology. She is a psychologist and a personal development counselor. But the most amazing change started to happen in her life a few years ago, when she started the practice and applying also in her work the ‚Letting Go’ Technique (inspired by David Hawkins’s theory).
In her "second" life, Adina when studying change psychology, she was a volunteer in the Romanian Transition Towns movement. She fell in love with the seeds, started a garden and initiated - in 2014 - a movement that spreaded itself nationally in Romania. This came to be her soul project - Seminte Libere (en. Free Seeds) - now gathers together more than 13.000 nature lovers, traditional seeds keepers that are swapping seeds for free. She is organizing large events every year in different cities, holding the space not only to allow the free sharing of the traditional seeds, but to create a intentional connection space in this disconnected world. Passionated nature lovers are coming together, sharing their stories, beautiful projects, resources or unborn dreams in those spaces where possibilities are invited.
When love is possible, change is possible. The Change Is.
