Building purpose driven, flourishing organizations

Orenda

Orenda helps organizations to find their true purpose and to incorporate it in their organizational systems.

Organizations with a strong sense of purpose are more successful than regular companies. Productivity is higher, attrition rates are lower and the workforce is healthier. To us however, purpose is much more than an opportunity to make your business thrive. We believe that the transition from head to heart is the next step in human consciousness.

Orenda has developed a measurable and affordable approach to support the transition towards a purpose-driven organization. With our unique Orenda Purpose Scan we are able to measure how purpose-driven your organization is right now, and what the ambitions of your employees are for the future. Based on big data analysis we generate a supported change strategy which we supplement with our inspirational interventions.

Orenda helps your employees grow together and gives you a measurable insight on which steps to take on the journey of becoming a purpose-driven organization.

Orenda

The Native American Iroquoi tribe used the word “Orenda” to describe the mystical force present in all people that empowers them to affect the world and to effect changes in their own lives. It is our objective to help people and organizations to rediscover this force within themselves. That is why we call ourselves Orenda.

An increasing number of traditionally profit-driven organizations wants to contribute to a meaningful purpose. They want to do what is good for themselves, their employees and their environment. How do you get every employee -from top to bottom – to truly feel and embrace the purpose of your company? This is where we can help.

Orenda facilitates an enduring change in organizations who want to transform from profit-driven to purpose-driven.
