Since completing her post graduate diploma in humanistic psychology entitled ‘Leadership, Facilitation and Coaching’ in July 2008, Rosalind has worked with a range of groups. Interested in designing processes to help participants get the most out of a learning experience, Rosalind aims to lead with authenticity and integrity, qualities that are at the core of her work. Influenced by the values of humanistic psychology, she is curious about why we are the way we are, the stories we tell ourselves, and the tales we tell others.
As a woman in business, she is interested in the issues that affect women; particularly issues around confidence,
communication, authenticity, and especially how we can move beyond societal & cultural expectations. Passionate about the great outdoors and our inter-relationship with the wider world, I am also curious about our 'relationships', not only with each other, but with the-other-than-human-world. What steps can we take to lead us towards 'whole system thinking'. And how do we work with the tension of being more authentic experiencing the fullness of our humanity, with
all it's depth, glory and contradictions, whilst also recognising that we are part of something much larger ...
