Next Stage Organizations
Enlivening Edge is a product of passion for filling the gap between the present conditions in most of our workplaces, which cause large-scale employee disengagement, and the potential of people inspired and blossoming in organizations’ that are re-purposed and re-designed for the benefit of all.
Enlivening Edge is also what you make of it. Originally, it is only a structured set of curated and periodically updated news and views from the frontline of transformational work in organizations. With a little help of you all who care about that work, it can also become a newsletter vibrant with co-learning, co-inspiration and co-creation; a commons of emergent practices and ideas worth improving and propagating. We hope that Enlivening Edge will grow with the movement, and with every subsequent issue the newsletter and its website will become more and more “owned” by you all.
The ultimate reason why we do this work is encapsulated by evolutionary purpose of Enlivening Edge: Boosting the collective intelligence, wisdom, and impact of the ecosystem of Teal organizations and initiatives.
The keystone species in that ecosystem are the organizations, where the journey to Teal is engaged or being explored. They are increasingly interwoven in an informal web of meet-ups, book reading groups, communities of practice, online exchanges, the freshly minted Reinventing Organizations wiki, and the book’s fast-growing number of readers/contributors.
We intend to further energize that ecosystem, by letting it see itself more clearly and connecting it with more of its parts.
